This Unit specialises in microcomponents and packaging for fluidic micro-devices (microvalves, micropumps,
chambers, fluidic/electric interfaces, etc.). Its strategic research centres on research into technologies
for lab-on-a-chip development for health and organic micro-optoelectronics applications, molecular photovoltaic
applications and the development of light emission structures.
